Privacy Policy

We collect as little as we can and never sell personal data.

What we collect

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, we store your email address, the language you subscribed in, the interest you picked and the page you subscribed from. We use it only to send iPhone Duo updates.
• Account. If you create an account, we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password, or the basic profile your sign-in provider shares (such as Google or GitHub). We store the apps you save to your shelf.
• Submissions. If you submit an app, widget or wallpaper, we store the details you send so we can review it.
• Server logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and user agent) to deliver and protect the site.
• Optional analytics. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, App Store link clicks, successful subscriptions and submissions. We send public page paths and catalog metadata, not form contents, email addresses, passwords or URL query strings. Google processes this usage data separately from our account database.

Cookies and storage

We use a session cookie when you sign in. Your theme, language and analytics consent choices are kept in local storage. Google Analytics is loaded only after you allow analytics and may then set analytics cookies. You can change your choice using “Analytics preferences” in the footer; withdrawing permission removes our Google Analytics cookies. We do not enable advertising personalization or Google signals. Login, password reset, account and admin pages do not load analytics.

Where data is stored

Account, subscription and submission data is stored in Cloudflare D1. Cloudflare Email Service processes transactional messages and forwards mail sent to our contact address. If you allow analytics, Google also processes usage data; see Google’s privacy policy.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter email, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us. We will do so within 30 days.

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
