展开时，NostalgicPod 用封面流（cover flow）专辑封面轮播铺满 7.6 英寸内屏，播放控制在右下角，当前曲目和艺人显示在底部中央。折叠时，5.4 英寸外屏切换为经典 iPod 布局：菜单（音乐、随机播放歌曲、随机播放专辑、电台直播、播客、附加功能、设置、正在播放）位于当前曲目专辑封面旁边，下方是带有菜单、跳转和播放/暂停的点击滚轮。折叠或展开手机时，同一首曲目会保持在屏幕上，因此在两种布局之间切换是应用利用铰链所做的主要事情。
