How it uses iPhone Duo

According to the developer's App Store description (current as of version 1.1, October 19, 2026), FleetFold lays the game across the fold on iPhone Duo, with the target grid on one half and your own fleet and controls on the other. An optional fold-to-fire confirmation can be switched on in Settings, though tapping Fire always works. On other iPhones the game plays fully by touch. We have not yet tested FleetFold on an iPhone Duo.

What’s New

Version 1.1 ·

• Best of three: Pass & Play now keeps score from game to game. The first to win two takes the series. • Reactions: send your opponent one of four naval stickers during online battles. You can turn them off in Settings. • Random target: a new key picks a square you haven't tried yet. Fire still confirms the shot. • The music speeds up as the fleets shrink. You can turn it off in Settings. • A win card at the end of Solo and Pass & Play games. • A ninth player emblem: the ship's bell. • Fixed: in Solo, pulling down Notification Center no longer asks for your name again.

About this app

FleetFold is a naval grid game from developer Hernan Rosario, styled after the classic plastic tabletop version of the game. Each player hides a fleet of five ships, a carrier, cruiser, escort, submarine and patrol boat, and the two sides take turns calling shots. Pegs mark the result, white for a miss and orange for a hit, and the first to sink the whole enemy fleet wins. There are three ways to play. Pass and Play lets two people share one iPhone, with an opaque cover that hides the boards whenever the phone changes hands. Solo pits you against a computer opponent at Easy, Standard or Hard, which follows the same rules and cannot see your fleet. Online play works through Game Center, with friends or nearby players, and each phone keeps its own fleet private until both are checked at the end. The presentation leans into the toy theme with a riveted steel console, a green radar scope and amber keys, and the game runs at up to 120 frames per second on ProMotion displays. Recent updates added best-of-three series in Pass and Play, optional reaction stickers online and a random-target key. The first three battles are free; a one-time Full Fleet purchase unlocks every mode and works with Family Sharing, and joining a friend's online game is always free. There are no ads and no data collection. On iPhone Duo, the developer splits the game across the fold.

Play your first 3 battles free, then unlock the full game once with Full Fleet. No ads, no subscription. FleetFold is a naval grid game with the feel of a classic tabletop toy. Hide five ships, take turns calling a shot, and watch the pegs drop: white for a miss, orange for a hit. Sink the whole enemy fleet to win. THREE WAYS TO PLAY • Pass & Play: two players share one iPhone. An opaque cover hides the boards whenever the phone changes hands, so nobody sees the other fleet. • Solo: take on the computer at Easy, Standard or Hard. It plays by exactly the same rules you do and never sees your fleet. • Online: invite a friend through Game Center, or play someone nearby. Each phone keeps its own fleet private, Game Center only carries the moves, and both fleets are cross-checked when the game ends. A TOY YOU CAN HOLD • Ivory and gunmetal fleets: carrier, cruiser, escort, submarine and patrol boat • A riveted steel console with a green radar scope and amber lit keys • Cartoon splashes, blasts and sinking ships on every shot • Smooth play at up to 120 frames per second on ProMotion displays MADE FOR THE FOLD On iPhone Duo, FleetFold lays the game across the fold: the target grid on one half, your fleet and controls on the other. An optional fold-to-fire confirmation is available in Settings; tapping Fire always works, and on every other iPhone the game plays fully by touch. PICK UP WHERE YOU LEFT OFF Games save on your device, so you can close the app mid-battle and continue later. A match log keeps your results. ONE UNLOCK, NO ADS Full Fleet is a single purchase that opens every mode for good and is shared with your family through Family Sharing. Joining a friend's online game is always free. FleetFold shows no ads and collects no data. Terms of Use: https://intrapixel.com/fleetfold/terms Privacy Policy: https://intrapixel.com/fleetfold/privacy
