How it uses iPhone Duo
The release notes for version 1.11.26 say the app is made for iPhone Duo. When the phone is opened, the shoot day spreads across two pages, with what is happening now on the left and the rest of the day on the right. When the phone is closed, the app keeps your place. We have not yet tested it on a device.

Search is back at the top of All Days. Matches appear as you type, even without signal, or ask a question and follow up on the answer. Forwarding call sheets by email is easier to set up: steps for your own mail service, the steps by email for your computer, a notification when the confirmation code arrives, and the address saved as a contact. A PDF holding several shoot days that comes back as one day is now refused and the credit refunded.

Callsheet Pro, from independent developer Victor Vroegindeweij, is a productivity app for film and TV crews that reads the call sheets a production already sends out. It is a separate app from the crew-call and cast-and-crew directory apps with similar names: rather than building call sheets or finding crew, it takes an existing sheet as a PDF, Word or Excel file, or a photo of a printed page, and extracts call times, crew, locations, schedule, scenes and notes in any language. The result is a live shoot day that shows what is shooting now, what comes next and the expected wrap, with your own call time pinned at the top and one tap to call a contact or navigate to a location. You can search every sheet you have opened in plain language, keep private notes with photos, and see live weather for the location. Paid Pro features include sharing sheets with crew by link, code or QR with live edits, a restricted sharing mode with per-recipient approval and watermarks, and a work log for hours, overtime, mileage and expenses that exports to PDF. A shared wireless frequency list for the sound department is also included. The app works offline after the first sync and is available in six languages. Version 1.11.26, released on October 18, 2026, added a two-page layout for iPhone Duo.
